This is both part of the Magnet and Steel tapes. The tapes are 12.5mm wide and are only suitable for fixing up to 4mm Acrylic/ Perspex panels. Both parts are self adhesive, the steel goes on the frame and the magnet to the Acrylic. This give you a good thermal seal on your Secondary Glazing.
The steel tape is white so if you remove for the Summer it blends in to the Paintwork. The Magnet is Brown with a White adhesive backings so shows white to match your window frame.
