POND LINERS

How much liner do you need?

It goes without saying that calculating the right amount of liner for a pond is essential. But there is a formula that makes this possible.

Take the maximum width, length and depth of the pond. Double the figure for the depth and add it to the width and length, plus 2’ to allow for edging.

Thus if your pond is a square 7’ x 7’ and has a maximum depth of 3’, your calculations go as follows:

7 + (2x3) 6 = 13 + 2 = 15’ -

you need a liner 15’ x 15’.

Liner comes in standard widths, and for particularly large ponds it may require professionally welded joints.

13ft. (4 mtr) Wide - £4.25

16ft. (5 mtr) Wide - £5.49

All per linear foot.
